absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious. Brilliant location (10 minute walk from the strip and Oura Beach). Cristina is a lovely host, very hospitable and helpful - went above and beyond to ensure our stay was 100% perfect.

Beautiful flat right on the Marina with cool breezes, sunshine and views. Tons of restaurants near and far and lots of guided tours/walks/boat rides to choose from. Night scene can be a tad noisy but drop down blinds muted most of the din. On site staff were friendly and responsive.

Great place with spectacular view. Host manager Mafalda was amazing, always in touch when I needed it, very cooperative. I was positively surprised that I could contact support late at night with urgent question. Really enjoyed my stay. Solid 10

All in all, everything was satisfactory.

Cristina is an amazing landlord. Always was available to answer questions and address any concerns. Cristina made us feel so much at home it is truly hard to put into words.

A lovely stay in the country, yet close to everything. A beautiful home, with beautiful grounds. The property agent was quick to respond and replaced a rusted clotheshorse for us on the same day.

Roberto went above and beyond by being at the location even earlier than our agreed check-in time, ensuring that we felt welcomed and attended to from the get-go. The apartment was clean and nicely prepared for our arrival. Nestled just a short distance from the vibrant main street of Oura and the inviting beach, the apartment provided the perfect balance between serenity and convenience. While the proximity to the bustling street occasionally brought some noise, it didn't overshadow the overall charm of the area. What truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Home Holidays. Roberto and the team were always on hand to address any inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring that our stay was as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction, leaving a lasting impression. We would definitely come back and stay at one of the Home Holidays locations.

A very pleasant stay in the apartment. There is a big store just 10min walk away and an ocean is just 30min walk. Additionally wanted to add it is cool this was a sunny side and I could see the ocean from the window too) Overall - perfect place for the price to stay for 1-2 months

Beautiful and comfortable apartment with all the necessary equipment needed for a longer stay. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We visited during February for a few weeks and especially loved the floor heating. The landlord is very welcoming and helpful. I recommend this place!

The apartment was exactly as described and illustrated. Directions to the unit were concise and access to the property and the unit was simple and straightforward, without issues. Sonia, Sofia and team were attentive and responsive and communicated frequently, checking in on us and responding quickly to our questions and issues. We couldn't have asked for better landlords to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable

The apartment is very nice itself, full equipped, but it is not sunny and no air conditioner and we rented it in winter months.

The apartment was exactly as described and shown on the Flatio website. I was met on arrival and the communication was great, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay here again.

It is quite place to spend holidays. Close to beach and close to market. Bedrooms are spacious. Negative- No washing machine in the apartment.

Great flat with everything you need, a pool and gym in the building (gym not included but it's very reasonably priced.) The Hello Vacations team were very helpful and readily available throughout our stay. Me and my partner stayed for 2 months. We are digital nomads - no issues with the internet, the terrace is great for getting some work done. The only negative would be the chairs are not the most comfortable over long periods. But overall we had an amazing time, a great base to explore the Algarve.

The apartment is tidy, large and spacious. It doesn’t have aircon which was difficult when it started to heat up but manageable as the airflow through the rooms is great. (There’s just a noisy lamp shade in the room that twinkles in the wind). The apartment has everything you need, it’s well resourced, clean and tidy. It has a pool and it’s just a walk to the beach, local cafes and supermarkets so it’s a good location. The main bed is quite uncomfortable, it’s really hard but the others are fine and we added a blanket to soften it a bit. There’s a carpark underneath which was great as it gets so hot outside. Flavia was alright to communicate with. We had to leave early as our travel plans changed and that was not received well as she prefers to meet on entry and exit. Understandable but we couldn’t manage that. We paid to the end though and cleaned the apartment to a high standard.

Catarina proved to be an exceptional host / manager who was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. I very much appreciated her professionalism and work ethic. I would not hesitate to Catarina and her associates in the future. Thank you.

Wonderful location, within walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, local markets, pharmacy, post office and restaurants. The Owner was an excellent host and responded promptly to any queries that I had. The Owner also recommended stores, places to eat and must see places. Overall I had an enjoyable stay as a New digital nomad, I highly recommend this place or any other place the Owner may have.
