I had an amazing stay at Vila Sta Teresinha Suites! The place was spotlessly clean, with a beautiful view and located in a great neighborhood. The host, Filipa truly exceeded all my expectations – she was incredibly attentive and helpful. Whenever a small issue arose (like the internet going out or a broken blender), she resolved it immediately. One of my housemates had a birthday, and she surprised us with a homemade cake and champagne to celebrate together. Every day, she also brought us fresh lemons from their own tree, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful and welcoming experience!

Beautiful newly refurbished apartment right by the old town. Manuela is a very kind and communicative host and I can't recommend her enough!

Great experience, the photos are a good representation of the flat. The sea view is stunning. In the flat there are three flat TV screens as well, so it's easy to connect to Netflix etc. Also, in the flat there is a water and ice dispenser mounted in the fridge. The flat itself is easily reachable by taxi if you are travelling from the train station. Portimao in general offers affordable Uber and Bolt rides. Coming back to Portugal, we will definitely consider choosing this flat again. Joana is a very kind and responsive landlord.

Barry was a super landlord! I spent two months in one of the rooms in his apartment and I recommend it 100%. He was very friendly and attentive. The apartment was clean and we lacked nothing. On top of that, the building was really well located: close to everything! Thanks for everything!

excellent apartments in a gated residential complex, good location

The flat if really nice and spacious. It’s well equipped, has all kitchen amenities, modern TV and so on. It’s very close to the city center and the beach. It also had a parking spot in the garage, but we mostly used the parking on the street as it was never crowded (also a plus). It does get a bit cold during winter but there were two electric heaters for us to use. However, while the flat was nice, we can’t say the same about the owners. We rented the place for 5 months with a cat, after an initial agreement in Flatio messages that we can stay with the cat if we pay 100€ more per month to cover any extra cleaning after our stay. We kept the apartment very clean, with monthly control visits so that the owners make sure that nothing was destroyed. At the end of the stay, the owners demanded that we pay extra for washing the duvets, pillows, the sofa, the windows, the balcony etc. (or that we do it ourselves which was impossible while still staying at the apartment) - once we mentioned that this should be covered from the extra 500€ which we payed throughout the stay, the owners pretended that they don’t know what we’re talking about and still demanded that we cover the additional cleaning. It was also very problematic to get in touch with them because the owners use a company to manage the flat so everything had to be passed through that company. Summary: the flat and the management company are nice but beware of the owners, cause the only thing that we experienced is that they were greedy and were just looking to get extra money. We payed because we didn’t want to have any trouble but it shouldn’t look like that.

The apartment is great. A lot of space, good equipment, terrace with grill, pool and children playground in the garden, shop < 5 minutes walking distance. We spend there over a month with family and it was really hard to leave that place. Thanks and I hope we will return some day in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is clean, new and as shown in the pictures. Liza was always willing to help when we needed and even brought extra toys for our baby. Such a wonderful location and near everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Lagos. The location was fantastic – just a short walk from the harbor, the beach and the city centre. The apartment was well-equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially loved the spacious big balcony. The host was very friendly and helpful, making communication easy and pleasant. Overall, our stay was very positive, and we would recommend this apartment.

We loved so much this place and their owners - Teresa and Luis. They were extremely responsive and helpful. Definitely will come back, once we'll be in Lagos.

Wonderful people and a wonderful home. This place is a relaxation dream, perfectly located walking distance to the sea, spacious and tranquil in a peaceful neighborhood. Rita and her mother are kind and helpful. So lucky and grateful to stay here!

The guesthouse is in a nice quiet neighbourhood. My room was big and had it's own bathroom. It didn't have a desk, but I could use the one from the terrasse. The kitchen and living room are spacious. There was everything that I needed. It was a bit cold ther in March, so a heater would have been nice in the room.

This flat was a second home for us. It was a pleasure to come back here. It has a good location, you can walk to the beach or walk to the old town. There is a spacious balcony with a nice view, especially in the evening it is interesting to see when the lights and signs are lit up. The flat has a double bed and a sofa bed. In the bedroom there is a place to put a laptop. Internet is not bad, it is certainly not more than 60 mbps but it is still enough to watch a film or play online without problems. In the kitchen there is a cooker with oven. So you can cook your own food. Really would like it to be more different sizes of frying pans and cooking pots. In the flat because of the balcony doors, it will be bright but not hot. I would also prefer the light bulbs to have more power, as the light is not enough to read. There is a parking space for those who have a car. I think it is a great place to spend a holiday.

Anusca is a great host, top notch communication and she decorated the apartment beautifully. It truly feels like a bit of home away from home.

This really is the perfect flat! 🌟 It is beautiful and has everything you need for a great stay aswell as its personal touch with for example the vinyl player. The location is perfect and within a short walk distance of the beach but with distance enough to not be bothered with any noice. Ariana is the kindest and most helpful host and made sure we had a comfortable stay aswell as providing us with tips about the best restaurants in the area. Really couldn't have wished for a better stay and definitely recommend to everyone🙏

Budget room with balcony in shared accommodation. Apartment has three rooms upstairs that share the small kitchen (two rooms share the washroom, the other has its own ensuite).

Loved the apartment, Ariana was super helpful, the communication and check-in/out was really smooth. 0 complaints, would definitely recommend.
