The apartment is really neat and has everything needed for comfortable life for two people. The flat looks much better than you can imagine by photos in the description. Petr is an extremely helpful landlord who is above all praise. I recommend the apartment to anybody interested.

I like the house, the landlord, and the place!

Edith and József communicated well throughout my entire stay, and were gracious hosts. I would recommend them to any guest looking for a place to stay in Budapest.

The initial greeting was good. Everything worked fine in the start. The washing machine broke and took nearly a week to get fixed, the water barely drained in the tub, we were told not to use one of the toiletts as it was not working properly. we tried to extend our stay and that was a nightmare of miscommunication and inflexibility. We had high hopes as the condo seemed quite nice and was otherwise comfortable. LANDLORD'S REPLY: This tenant caused a lot of damage in my apartment, destroyed the washing machine, the bed linen, the tablecloth and also broke the bathtub. Then he write huge lies about my apartment, that the toilet and the drain did not work. Even so he extended his stay by 2 days, I wonder why he extended it if the above things did not work. Because that was a giant lie. He was outraged because I had asked him for the money for the 2 extra nights. He did not want to pay for the two nights extra. He argued with me and was offended that he had to pay for the 2 extra nights. So that's why he wrote such negative things about me and the apartment.

Excellent flat, clean, all new and well equipped in a nice quiet street, very close to all amenities like groceries, cafes, restaurants and transport, highly recommended for single guests would stay again for sure!

It was a perfect rental. Matilde is a super professional landlord, she has prepared everything to make us feel comfortable. The apartment is fully prepared for the tenants and has everything you need except a washing machine, but Matilde shared a location of the nearby laundry at the moment of move-in. It is a pleasure to stay there with the Ocean view, and the sounds of the ocean at any time, the perfect microclimate of Sintra provides you with an even better experience. The beautiful clear beach is just in front of you, and you have space where to park your vehicle near the house. Matilde prepared for us a few cool places nearby and shared available activity options. If you want to relax and have a lot of joy, it's the perfect place to stay.

Very cozy apartment, it has everything you need, dishwasher, air conditioning and a large terrace outside. The owner is very caring and helped with all issues. The location is a minute walk from the metro and 10 minutes from the historical center

Michaela was fantastic! She has been so accommodating to myself and my family. Excellent communication, punctual and the flat was perfect. It was clean, well equipped and larger than expected. We look forward to staying here again soon.

The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. The landlady, Gracinda, was helpful. The only thing I didn't like as much was the intense evening life in the main square, which my room faced.

Beautifully maintained flat, couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The flat itself is cozy and nicely decorated, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere that made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I really enjoyed having breakfast in the mornings on the little balcony. Additionally, the flat is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a stress-free stay. Berti was a great host, communication with him was consistently prompt and professional. I would highly recommend this flat to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-situated place to stay.

We were very satisfied with our stay in Guimarães. The apartment was clean and spacious and all members of our family had places to go and relax on their own. The unit has all the equipment needed and the owner was incredibly responsive to our needs, calling a handyman to come within a day of our reporting a problem. We would rent this property again without hesitation. It is in a calm neighborhood within walking distance to the soccer stadium and to the historic city center with all that it has to offer. There are many shops and markets within walking distance.

The place was what we wanted and had for a few months. Amazing location. Jiří and Petra were great.
