The rooom was very comfortable, in a quiet and residential part of the city, and the apartment had a good connection to the rest of Prague through public transport. Monica was also a very friendly and helpful landlady! Overall I found it to be ideal for students!

The apartment is as advertised, clean, quiet and in a central location. The manager is friendly and responsive. There was a one-day electricity outage which the manager handled VERY quickly and provided a different apartment until it was fixed. Would rent again, thank you.

The condition of apartments and the interior is on the whole good. BUT the service has some potential.
Examples: It is hard to call anyone when you locked yourself out of your apartment accidentally, or when you have any problems with the interior devices (electric lighting, washing machine, etc.).

Adamov byt je moc pekný, dizajnový a pohodlný. Po celý čas som sa cítil ako doma. Komunikácia prebiehala na kamarátskej úrovni, celé to bol moc príjemný zážitok. Základné potraviny a cistacie prostriedky boli prijemny bonus. Díky moc :)

We were well received, we had no contact with martin but only with zofie (works in the same company). She was always available for us. Neighbourhood is calm, the zone really close to the center with a lot of stores and commerce in the surroundings, and a lot of transports. Would reccomend.

This place was amazing. From the first day I was able to move in and get comfortable. The decorations were very clean and modern. The owner gave me a tour and showed me where all the utilities were so that I wouldn't be lost. Everything I needed was already in the flat. It's situated very close to a public square, with numerous places to eat and visit. Overall, I am very impressed and would definitely rent and stay with them again.

The whole renting process and my stay at Kati’s gorgeous home in the heart of Budapest was amazing! Her property is very smartly designed and extremely cosy. Each room is created in its own style and personality, its a little paradise own its own. The property is clean, neat and very well maintained. The accommodation location is super!
