Where can I find an invoice for the commission fees?

The article was updated on 18. 6. 2024.

Need invoices for the commission fee we have deducted from the rental payments? See where you can find all of them in one place!

Overview of charged fees

You can check Flatio’s commission amounts for each payment in the statement we publish for you in My Rentals on the first day of each month.

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner of My Rentals and go to the Billing statements under the My Profile section.
  2. Select the statement you wish to see.

Individual payments

You can find the exact breakdown of individual payments on the second page of your invoices from Flatio.

In most cases, the payments listed are already paid and the system automatically deducts Flatio’s commission from the payments your tenants send to our collection account. However, there may be times when there is not enough money in payments to cover the commission fee.

This may happen in the case of a cash rental payment. When a tenant pays you in cash, we deduct the commission for that payment from the next rental payment. However, if the following rent (which might be the last one in the rental period) is unable to cover both commissions and you no longer wish to continue advertising through Flatio, you will need to pay the amount to us. However, if you intend to continue renting via Flatio, we will deduct the amount due from your next tenant's rent.

Can I get a bill for the whole year?
