The landlord hasn't responded to my reservation request. What should I do?

What if a landlord doesn't react to your reservation request within the 24-hour window? See why it can happen and what you can do about it!

If a landlord doesn't respond to your reservation request within the 24-hour period, the request will be automatically rejected by our system. (It usually happens on days off, i.e. weekends, public holidays, or private vacations.)

If this happens to your reservation request, we recommend that you make a new reservation request for another accommodation. However, if you're still interested in the same accommodation, you can create the reservation request again or contact the landlord directly to find out if it's possible to book the given accommodation.
