10/10 location, amenities, floor space, and landlord!! Kisanna's place really felt like home during my time in Budapest. It is a spacious home and offers everything I need for a long term stay - laundry machine, hot water, warm heater, good wifi, tv, towels, and a proper bed!
Wi-Fi
The wifi worked amazingly well as I was able to stay in contact with my team and access all my necessary data files. As a full time data analyst and a part-time creator, having good wifi is important to download files from my team members and iCloud.
I was able to hop on teams calls, respond to emails, and access Tableau. I was able to watch TV on the side while making food, listen to my podcasts in the shower, and plan out my next few trips all on my 2 phones and 2 laptops.
Workspace
There are multiple spots in the house you can work at which is so nice because I do not like staying in one spot for 8 hours. I like to move around and work in various spots around the house so this flat was the perfect space to get up, stretch, and wander.
There is also a massive kitchen space separate from the living/bed room which was nice so you can go to the kitchen to fix dinner and not feel so connected to your laptop being in the same room. The laundry is also in the kitchen so if you needed silence while working but needed to do laundry, you can close the door to block the noise! Kisanna really thought of everything that a digital nomad would need!!
She also picked a nice place to have the flat, not too many stairs as well. As a full time traveler, I always have a big suitcase since I live out of it so having not too many stairs was perfect! The outside noise level was also very low, especially at night. All the neighbors are so respectful of each other and since you are not facing the street, it is extra quiet.
Location
I was able to walk everywhere within Budapest as it was a 15 min walk to the center and a 15 min walk to the thermal baths. Kisanna is also a very accommodating landlord, even meeting me late at night to check me in and make sure I had everything I needed for my stay. I love the way she decorated the place and created this cozy feeling in the house to contrast the cold winter days. I would definitely stay here again!

Walking around the neighborhood I felt very safe and I walked everywhere during the month I was in Budapest. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I never had any issues with noise which was great as I work from home. There is a cafe called Cube around the corner that has the best chocolate croissants ever (even better than Paris ;) haha!) Every Saturday there is a farmer's market, and a flea market afterward, a block away from the house. A few blocks away is Ocktogon which is a main square that has Starbucks, McDonalds, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. If you are looking for a closer train station, there is a train to go to the center and the thermal baths 2 blocks away from the apartment. Overall a great location!

Twenty Six - amazing Mediterranean food! (can walk from the apt to here)
Fricci Papa - for cheap hungarian food (arrive early as there is always a line)
Lash & Go - eyelash extension place nearby (there are a ton of other beauty service places nearby in this neighborhood!)
Quiet, well-maintained, upscale and safe
The flat holds also everything you need in very good quality and condition.
The landlord is suuuuper nice. She answers quick and in case you need something, she helps you.
The flat is located in a lovely neighborhood. You are close to the party zone and you have it quite at night for a rested sleep. Supermarkets are around the corner. Also a local market. Or some cafés.
