The apartment is located 30m from the UNESCO-protected Andrássy Avenue and the famous musician Franz Liszt's square, one of the best places in Budapest for having a coffee or a glass of good Hungarian wine. Taking you right in to the heart of Budapest, tons of restaurants and the famous "ruin bars" of Budapest!

FLAT DESCRIPTION

The apartment is located in the centre of Budapest, 10 minutes walk from Nyugati Train Station on the Pest side, just off Andrássy Boulevard (World Heritage) and Oktogon, Liszt Ferenc Music Academy, it's also famous for the best best brunch and coffee places (Liszt Ferenc Ter), the super quick excess to night life too. At the same time you don't have to worry about the noise, because the apartment looks over an inner courtyard, absolutely isolated from street noise with nice and calm neighbors.

It is an 80 m2 apartment on the first floor with elevator and sleeps 4 people in two quiet separated bedrooms, and there is a 6sqm terrance near the entrance of our flat where you can enjoy you morning coffee with sunshine :D

There is a comfy sofa in the living room, a large dining table and a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The bathroom has a tub, and you can find the toilet separately. We provide fresh bed linen and crispy towels to all of our guests.

Each room has its spacious, high ceilings (3.9meters), original wooden floors and a corner window overlooking the small street as well as the courtyard ; yet if you come in, you feel it is a cool and modern home. Tradition and modernity blend perfectly here, just as it is true for Budapest as a whole.

With its ideal layout, 2 double bedrooms at the opposite ends of the apartment, the flat is an ideal option for two couples or a family or friends traveling together.

We've renovated the apartment in 2018 May, so you can be sure that everything is new, modern, working and made for comfortable use.My main goal is that you have an amazing stay in Budapest and feel a little like home in the flat.

We've built a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer (with lots of ice), microwave, Nespresso Coffee, kettle, and a stove where you can cook an entire dinner for up to 5-6 people. We've made sure you have a reasonable choice of kitchen tools to prepare a delicious meal.

BATHROOM

In the bathroom we've built a spacious bathtub. There's enough room even for two person :)

Also you'll find the washing machine here with washing powder for free of charge.

The toilet is located in a separated room.
