Spacious apartment 5+1 LOFT312 (142m2) located in the popular area of Karlín, the most popular Prague district, about 150 meters from the metro station Křižíkova. 11th best street to live in the world. Ideal apartment for a group of friends, classmates or employees of one company.

The apartment is spacious and airy, simply but functionally furnished. It has five bedrooms, each with two beds and a wardrobe. The number of beds can be furnished according to your requirements by agreement with the owner.

The advantage of this apartment is the largest room, where the living area is combined with a fully equipped kitchen and a modern, raised floor for sleeping. From this part of the apartment you also have access to a really spacious balcony(9m2). The apartment has three toilets. One separate bathroom with a bathtub, where there is a toilet and a bidet, a second bathroom with a shower and a toilet and a third separate toilet. You can also use the terrace, which is accessible from the top floor of this house. Garage spaces available for rent in the basement, not included in the rent. CCTV system in the house, quality equipment and German appliances.

The property is great, clean and tidy and in a really good location close to everything you need - bars, supermarket, restaurant and the metro all very nearby.

The one drawback was that as there is no Air Conditioning it was extremely warm. We bought one fan which did help a bit, but it would be great if each room was to have a small fan in it to help cool the place down. A very enjoyable stay overall though.

The flat was spacious and suited our needs for our short-term stay. Communication with the landlord was easy, with quick responses and assistance in getting into the flat upon arrival. I am new to Flatio, but have used many rental homes previously and expected similar accommodations. Although most basics were provided, some basic necessities were not (garbage can, broom/dust pan, fan, coffee maker). I ended up buying these items to make our nearly month-long stay more comfortable. The flat was extremely hot, as it was unseasonably hot in Prague for the majority of my stay, and there was a need for air circulation, so I bought fans to make sleeping bearable. In general, the flat was clean upon arrival. For the price of the flat, I would be happy to come back but would hope to see the basics mentioned above (particularly a basic coffee maker) in the flat. Even though I am from the US and we are accustomed to AC, I do think at least one large fan is needed for air circulation in the summer months.
Neighborhood
The neighborhood is the best part of this rental. I would rent again just to be in Karlin. My children (15 and 12) joined me for part of the stay and I felt very comfortable with them exploring independently. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, and shops within easy walking distance. Palladium (large shopping mall) is just a couple of metro stops away.

Fabulous apartment fitting with everything we could need. Whenever we needed anything fixed it wasn’t a problem. Tatiana and Jennie were lovely to deal with and we absolutely loved spending our four months here in this apartment. So central, spacious and well lit up. Would definitely recommend staying here.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?
