ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
It would help us all if you take and send photos on the day of your entry and the day of your departure through the Airbnb chat or directly through WHATSAP.
CHECK IN:
From 10am to 1pm, the RESPONSIBLE for CHECK-IN and CLEANING will meet you and GIVE YOU THE KEYS. One set of keys for one reservation.
!! REMINDER:
-If you arrive before 10:00 a.m.: you can enter, leave your bags in the house and leave it so that she can finish her cleaning work.
-If you delay more than half an hour after 1:00 p.m., it is possible that she will go to another property and you will have to wait when she returns.
- If you arrive during the day but outside of check-in hours, you must pay her 15 euros in CASH to the person responsible for check-in and cleaning.
- If you arrive from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., the additional payment is 25 euros for this extra management with the payment in CASH to the person responsible for check-in and cleaning.
CHECK OUT:
Until 9:00 a.m.: If you want to take advantage of more hours in Alicante, you can leave your bags until 12:00 p.m. while the apartment is cleaned, OCCASIONALLY you can leave your bags until 8:00 p.m. with a collection from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Previously coordinating the schedules with the cleaning person and with the additional payment in CASH of 15 euros.)

You must leave your space undamaged and in good condition, as it was when you entered. Notify 1 hour before leaving the apartment, so we can coordinate the collection of keys.

In the apartment there are 4 rooms. From the property we try to maintain a pleasant and comfortable stay for the guests who share the apartment, the neighbors and the property. To this end we have a COMMON CHAT on WHATSAP between CURRENT GUESTS at all times, the person in charge of CHECKIN and CLEANING, the person in charge of MAINTENANCE and the MANAGER. In this chat we communicate anything that can happen in a SHARED APARTMENT - dirt, you have forgotten keys at home and you cannot enter, something has broken... things in life that can happen in a home and that WE TRY TO SOLVE A MORE EFFICIENT WAY.

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
In the event that you move in and the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio, let us know as soon as possible!
If the conditions for the withdrawal are met and the landlord can't fix the issue immediately, you have the option to withdraw from the lease agreement with a full refund. We'll also actively help you find an alternative accommodation and remain by your side until everything is fully resolved.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
