Teresa and Gil were very pleasant during the entire rental of the apartment. They are very quickly available for any need.
The apartment is very well equipped, and perfectly located next to the center of Aveiro, with easy parking thanks to the private covered parking space. The university is easy to reach on foot and the road is very pleasant. Several supermarkets are located close to the apartment. I fully recommend this apartment!

Mieszkanie przestronne, widne, czyste, w pełni wyposażone i przygotowane na przyjęcie gości. W okresie jesiennym nieco uciążliwa wilgoć. Fantastyczni właściciele, zawsze służący pomocą. Gdybyśmy mieli kiedykolwiek wrócić do Aveiro z chęcią ponownie wynajęlibyśmy to mieszkanie.
Neighborhood
Sąsiedztwo bezpieczne i przyjazne. W odległości ok. 300m dworzec kolejowy, ok. 500m dworzec autobusowy. Pomimo bliskości kolei mało słyszalne przejeżdżające pociągi. W odległości ok. 200-250m sklepy i restauracje. Bardzo blisko głównej ulicy.
