Very helpful, friendly, fast responding and attentive landlord. Maria always helped me out when there was a small issue or when moving in and out. The only small downside is the equipment of the kitchen which could be renewed here and there, but all in all it was a modern and tidy apartment with excellent connection to the city and a fantastic experience in general!

noble, friendly and safe area with many clubs, fancy (and therefore more expensive) restaurants and shops for your daily needs (grocery store, farmacy, ... less than 5mins away)
